The Columbia Energy Quality Assurance Manual is organized to address all 18 requirements of NQA-1 2008, including NQA-1a-2009 addendum, as applicable to our work. Our QA Program addresses 10 CFR 830, Nuclear Safety Management, Subpart A, “Quality Assurance Requirements”, and in accordance with the provisions of DOE O 414.1D and attachments I and II.
